Terms of Service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Your Intern's website and services. They are generic and informational—not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your business.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Your Intern provides AI-generated draft content and related tools (including email delivery of drafts and optional analytics features). Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Uploading malware or interfering with the service's operation
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract models or data except as permitted by law
- Using outputs to harass, deceive, or impersonate others
5. AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content and for compliance with LinkedIn and other platforms' terms, advertising rules, and professional obligations.
6. Fees & subscription
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at purchase or as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
We retain rights in our software, branding, and materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use outputs for your business purposes. You grant us a license to host and process your inputs solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Your Intern operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
